A full refund will be issued on any rentals cancelled 24 hour prior to the date of pick up.(excluding the mini bus)

 

*This non-cancellation fee is assessed when:

 

the reservation is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the reserved pick up time, and
the rent a used car vehicle is not picked up at the pre-reserved time
The fee will be a one full day's rental fee may vary on size of car and time . Specific fee information is provided to the customer during the reservation process on Rent a used car,

 

To avoid the non-cancellation fee, reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. Reservations may be cancelled on rent a used car , or by calling us  at 727-796-2886

 

In the event of flight cancellations,rent a used car will not charge a non-cancellation fee as long as a flight number and airline were provided in the reservation prior to scheduled pick up.
